The route ahead : Waddensea

The route ahead : Waddensea

This was taken on my way to Insel Neuwerk from Cuxhaven. At low tide, one can cross the sea on foot, or take a horse driven carriage ride.
It's a UNESCO world heritage site, and understandably so. As the water rises - it has a mesmerizing mirror effect. . .

Munchen

Munchen

Not in the mood to click these days , but the colours of approaching fall might convince me otherwise
till then - this is a picture from my trip to Munich. This is Nymphenburg palace. I wanted to go to Neuschwanstein Castle ,bur it was too far away and i did not have enough time.

And as for this palace - it's a nice place to go to - recommended
PS: only if the sky was a lil more dramatic . .. .

Time flies (porcupine TREE)

Time flies (porcupine TREE)

"Each 25-minute firework show starts with a short programme to a set musical piece such as Haydn’s The Clock, then it’s left to individual flair. As the Catherine wheels spin and fountains of tinsel burst over our heads, the Herrenhäuser’s dignified landscape of precision-cut hedges, perfectly placed fountains and serried classical statues is lit up like a stage set. The mood is one of frivolity and extravagance – and it suddenly seems a great pity that Guy Fawkes didn’t execute his plot in August instead of November."
