K-E.F stands for Karl-Erik Forsberg (1914–1995), that's for sure. He was a Calligrapher, typographer, graphic designer, type designer etc. What "del" means I don't know.

Del is for "delineavit", designed
sc (on the right) is for "sculpsit", engraved.
