Hi!

I'm still alive. :)
Things are going fine. Still battling the morning sickness, but 9 weeks and counting, so hurrah: only a few more weeks until the second trimester and things should start to look up on the not-feeling-so-swell front.

I've got a little baby bump going on; Which I attribute in part to the fact I am A.) Not-so-much in shape to begin with and B.) the fact that nothing soothes my dizziness (and crankiness) like some Rocky Road ice cream.

On that note, Gene has formed "Sympathy Cravings" along with me, bless his soul, so even though he isn't sporting a baby bump at least I don't feel like a shmuck plopped on the couch drowning in chocolate alone.

Anywayyyys,,,,Just wanted to drop by and say hello! Hope everyone is doing well! Time is just flying by, and I've been so busy I'm surprised I haven't lost my head. Especially paired with pregnancy-brain....where I've basically misplaced everything but. *sigh*

Happy week to all! And Happy Holidays! As you can see we have our tree up! hehe! I have some hilariously blurry pictures of the night we decorating. But I'm not to keen on my frumpy, pajama mama-to-be look I got going...LMAO.

For the Sisterhood of The Traveling Pearl Necklace. (and other stuff)

I actually received it days ago, and somewhere between my fatigue and morning sickness I kept putting it off, which, damn it Ladies, I'm sorry.
In my defense, when I ventured into the group I really had no idea that a few months later I'd be knocked up, and when I passed along my address to Anna, well...to be honest I was feeling pretty fabulous. :) That changed pretty fast.....

Anyways. For that reason, I'm not all too fond of this. Inspiration has plummeted. But, I'm gonna get it ready to pass along, just cos I'm feeling over-the-top-BLEGH, doesn't mean I should hold up the whole chain of ladies. :)

Thanks for letting me be a part of it just the same!

Hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday.
For me, it's laundry and resting....trying to kick this bug. :-P

.life is like dirt, sometimes you just gotta suck it up.

That's what I keep telling myself. "suck it up"

I just paused The Curious case of Benjamin Button to do some dishes and pick up a little. I have a hard time relaxing on the couch when I know about 5 feet from the back of my head is a messy kitchen.
I decided to snap a quick shot while I was at it.

Incidentally, I'm debating on cutting my hair off. Somewhere in the vicinity of my shoulder/chin. It's just that with all the fatigue lately, every day begins with a wet bun.....kind of defeats the purpose of having long hair?
Not to mention by the time I give birth to this rugrat, a foot and a half of thick black hair might be less than desirable for me.
Dunno. Gotta sleep on it. I'll let you know.

On that note....night. I'm back to finish my movie.

Everytime I brush my teeth I look at this thing and smile.
Looks like a such a doof.

I've been wanting to start a set for a long time, but never had a chance, so here goes. Faces in funny places.
I see them all the time....

In other news, I was so excited yesterday because the morning sickness wasn't bad, but now I have a cold.
So I feel like crap anyway.
What's worse is I have to run to Walmart for G's prescription and for some milk. Blegh. I'd rather stay in bed.
