Well, this is Mrs. B. She had lost her eartag, and needed a new one. Instead of numbers, I tagged the "no tag" cows with letters. I had gone in the corral to tag her calf. Mrs. B was having none of that. Neither was the calf - a stocky week old bull. So I gave up until this weekend, when I had help, Mrs. B went into the chute for her new tag. My brother in law pinned the calf in the alley for me to tag. I managed to get kicked - where else? In the calf. I have a huge bruise. I suppose that it could be worse - I could have gotten kicked in the head.
