I disagree. It is Boris and TfL who have no brains; cycling in the city should be so stress-free that texting while riding becomes matter of fact. One should not have to ride with a big bus breathing behind you.

Yes it would be lovely if it were like that. Unfortunately as we all know, the powers that be have other plans and need to be dragged kicking and screaming into the future. Until then, however, this kinda thing is just a bit silly. But when we're in cylclutopia, perhaps
