312/365 Taeyang Quarterly 05 - Science Fiction

This was the shot I decided to go with. While it's not as dramatic as the other shot, I felt that this one had more life.

Oh yeah, and that's possibly the yummiest bit of earth ever---that's the topmost shoot of my mint leaf plant on a mound of cocoa powder :P

Excellent photo! I wish you the best of luck. :D You know, this photo sort of reminds me of Wall-E. I don't know if you saw that movie or not, but the plant is what does it (except in the movie the little plant was in a boot).

I thought this was a great entry! The arm mechanism looks very delicate - is it just an overlay over his regular arm, or did you make a new piece and just plug it into the hand and the other part of the arm? I ask just because it doesnt look thicker than a 'regular' arm would, if you follow what I am saying at all. I also think this is a better choice than the other one, he looks more gentle and it fits better.

Thank you very very much! That made me happy.
You have very sharp eyes! I removed his forearm and reconstructed it with wires. I made a main "bone" with thick wire, taped this hand to one end, then bulked it up with more wire.
