Seventh Street on Banker's Hill should be a National Register Historic District, if for one reason only -- it showcases the early career of Gill from designing Craftsman, classically styled houses, and Wrightian Prairie School houses with Hebbard. Gill, who trained with Wright in Chicago at the Adler & Sullivan firm, is considered a pioneer of the Modernist Movement.
Along with the magnificient George W Marston House, there are several other Hebard & Gill houses, and one designed by just Gill himself:
