Fête des Gitans: Mmmm by kahala.
May 24, 2007 - Annual Gypsy Pilgrimage to Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. Thousands of people participated in the procession, in which a statue of Saint Sarah - the patron saint of gypsies - was carried from the church to the Mediterranean Sea. After the ceremony, there was much eating of paella, singing, and dancing.

Haha - thanks Fi's Space. I absolutely melt for that eye. I didn't mean for there to be so much blur in the rest of the photo ... but maybe it helps put the focus where it should be? I do think I should crop out the blurry eye in the bottom left, though. It's a little bit distracting.
