I wasnt happy with the background on this so I blurred it in Elements 7. A little practice may be needed I think but Im happy with it for a first attempt. Delamere Forest was the location for this btw on a very foggy New Years eve. I found the birds to be used to the presence of people too so you can get away with using a shorter focal length than i used for this. The Robins came as close as 3-4 feet to me.

I would have prefered this if the mersey water had been higher. Its lacking reflection which is what I was hoping for. I must learn my tides. Not too bad though. Taken a bit further down from Spike Island.
