We had a trip to the shops briefly after school, both my two needed new school shoes, I then went to pick up one of our cars which had gone in for a service, so all in all a very expensive day.

Another early evening spent in a coffee shop with my son, while we wait for my daughter to finish dancing. Tonight he had maths homework, it was quite a fun game, using fractions and tables. I was so impressed with how well he did.

Well I managed to complete all the other tax returns I do for friends and family and submit them all on time, tonight I spent starting mine, at least now I should get it done by Tuesday.

I saw these in the florist and just loved the colour, so treated myself to a bunch.

Today was my sons actual birthday , he had a fun packed sports day (his choice!), The day started very early (he was up at 5!) with swimming at 8.30, then came football and finally roller-skating at a local park. I know I was tired at the end, just wish it had tired him out (just a little would have been good) as he was so excited all day (oh to be 7!)
