Supposedly car sharing services are a totally wonderful thing that allows people to be carfree. And look, you can block the bike lanes with the car-shared cars, too. Hooray!

The arrow is perfectly positioned, also, for running up the back.

I guess the blinkers makes it okay to park like this.
