VMWareVista

Windows Vista Business Edition running in VMWare as a guest OS. Virtual machine has 750MB dedicated to it and is running alongside 2 Ubuntu servers and a Red Hat Enterprise server in the same hosted environment.

Machine is a Sempron 3200+ with 2.5GB of RAM. I paid $235 for the machine and another $129 for the RAM.

Note the host CPU and RAM consumption.
