Sooo, I thought I'd take a shot at designing artwork for Thievery Corporation's new merch line for their 2012 Summer Tour. Make sure you check out my work and VOTE FOR MY DESIGN!!! Summer.
It ignites our beliefs in the infinite and reminds us that the rhythm of our hearts powers the music that seizes us.
With longer nights enveloping us, we dance between countries -
and over borders with deft outernational grace.
We are united in the lights that illuminate our nights.
There is no war in the sun, no hunger or fear.
There are no hushed whispers,
only outspoken beats breathing freedom and unity.

Embrace Light.

Celebrate our untemperate and unbridled energy.
We do not lack in extremes
but find peace where the sky meets rhythms.
This glorious light is a solstice that summarizes our unity.
Their darkness is our opportunity to shine our light.
18th Street ambassadors advocating hope with a guerrilla soundtrack.

Listen and you will hear what light sounds like.

interesting human formation, I know a sculptor who uses pipes and other found objects to form parts of the female figure, seeing this pipe outside of the Lyric Opera House reminded me of a few of her pieces
