Garrett is trying a series of subscriber-only recipes over at Garrett's Table and here is the first one. He sends out one email every other week to subscribers that contains a list of his most recent culinary adventures and recipes. This one is for you ice cream lovers.
Truth be told I don't care for ice cream nine times out of ten. I'm not really into dairy unless it is fermented, but ice cream I find to be especially cold and pointless. This treat was different, however. I love key lime pie and this cream and cone was anything but pointless - delicious and rich flavors of key lime and graham cracker dominated the milder cream.
