Carving the blocks for the snowdon workshop print

These are the small chisels which I used on the snowdon workshop blocks. The tool which was used by far the most is the small chip carving knife. The others were used mostly to prise out and remove the waste from the process of cutting with the knife. Having said that, the very finest chisel that I have which is the one with the mahogany handle in the middle of the collection is brilliant for removing tiny slivers of wood which leave a totally different feel from the harshness of the line left by the knife.
