jurablog_aushang3_august07 Verwirrung: Ist ein Gesetz, welches kurz nach Veröffentlichung eines Hausarbeit-Sachverhaltes neu in Kraft tritt, anzuwenden, wenn der Sachverhalt sich deutlich auf die alte Gesetzeslage bezieht? Eben jenes Gesetz aber aktuell nicht mehr gültig ist?
