Albino Deer - Day 88

This deer lives at Pine Mountain Lake, and I have heard of it from at least four people, including guests in my own house. Today was the first time I saw it. It was with a small group of normally colored deer grazing on a hillside in mid afternoon.

beautiful! and amazing that there is an albino beauty pool... for some reason it has never occured to me that animals could be albino as well.

I have more recently learned that this deer is probably not an albino. A closer photo show that it has blue eyes, rather than pink. Apparently both white and albino deer are possible, and not the same thing.
