Grey-headed Bush-Shrike (Malaconotus blanchoti)
In Afrikaans its name is "Spookvoël". The direct translation for that would be Ghost Birds...this is due to the haunting sound made by this bird.

They are actually very shy bird and not often seen (you only hear them). This was a very hot day and the bird came to look for shade …my luck :-)
