The Savannah College of Art and Design presents the annual Sidewalk Arts Festival April 28, 2007. This popular event features a chalk drawing competition on the sidewalks of Savannah's centerpiece, beautiful Forsyth Park. Drawing competition entries will be judged and awarded prizes.
