That totally used to happen in my neighborhood when I lived in Venice. Somehow virtually every shopping cart from the Ralph's down the street migrated six blocks away to our street. Bizarre.

Yeah, really bizarre. And as you can see, it's a very clean, tidy neighborhood otherwise. Something tells me it's the elderly people who bring them back home when they walk to the grocery store in the middle of the day.
