Home in New Orleans. many homes have no bulldozing sings. The is talk in new Orleans if you bulldoze your home you won't get permits to rebuild. The rules are unclear .

there seem to be a number of places in LA and Missisipi that have been destroyed that can't be rebuilt by the same income level folks who lived there...effectively crowding them out. lots of changes down there, many of them quite suspicious.
