Vegetarian Moroccan Tagine
Moroccan Chickpea Tagine with fresh thyme and parsely .
Ingredients:parsley, thyme, paprika, chickpeas, cumin seeds(fried and crushed), whole black peppers, lime, carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, mushrooms, broad beans, garlic, onion. Mix in tagine with 4 tablespoons of water and put in oven gas mark 5 for 2 and 1/2 hours and makes enough for 4 people.
