    Yes, I'm flexing. Weighed in at under 160 for the first time in...more than 10 years?

    I keep a clean diet - no sugar, no soda or juice, no rice, pasta or bread. Most of my food is from basic ingredients. I do weight lifting and some running.

    I'm 5'4", 35, and have been 200+ pounds for nearly all my adult life.
