Winnie

This is winnie when she was just a puppy! Adorable! We loved her for 14 years and it was heartbreaking when we had to take her to the vet for the last time.

We buried her with her favorite toy in the pet cemetary on our property (if you look closely, you'll see the toy in the shadows to the left of Winnie.

Milo & Gracie

You'll notice that Milo's leg is in a splint.

Gracie ran Milo over one day while we were out walking, and tore all the ligaments in Milo's knee. He was in a splint for 6 weeks, but he healed up nicely and gets around just fine.

It was very upsetting at the time, but afterwards Milo's permanent position in the family was assured.
