Stage Mess + Wrong Focusextra chair for personal junk reading during the talk While not naughty, the piano should only have been on the stage when needed (and it's electric, so 2 people could lift it on and off the stage).  1. Why are the hosts ON the stage? It's distracting and shifts the focus from the speaker to the hosts. Get off the stage and let the speaker shine. When hosts check email on their iphones, talk to each other or technical stage hands, or take a nap (all true by the way), it's not as obvious when sitting offstage rather than on.
