1. Why are the hosts ON the stage? It's distracting and shifts the
focus from the speaker to the hosts. Get off the stage and let the
speaker shine. When hosts check email on their iphones, talk to each
other or technical stage hands, or take a nap (all true by the way),
it's not as obvious when sitting offstage rather than on.
2. What's up with bringing all of your personal mess onto the stage?
It's all about the presenter and material.
Get everything else off the stage.
This is theater: every object and actor matters.
