Everybody loves the sunshine!

Roy Ayers touched down for one of Niche Productions biggest gigs of 2008. Despite nearing seventy this man of funk and soul, backed by an amazing array of talent in his band, kept a packed Forum crowd on their feet for nearly 90 minutes!

Backing him up were Melbourne's The Bamboos and Nostalgia 77 mixing it up on the decks.

Aha. Well, if it's any consolation, I feel that hand adds a little 'yahoo' to it. :D

Things have been pretty good. Haven't done any shows of late, but hoping that will change next year when I sort my life out a bit. Anyway, love snooping your photos. :)

Good to hear that things have been good - especially coming into another summer! No shows lately? awww boooo! Keep me in the loop when they do happen - always enjoy shooting them :) And ta for snooping my photos - always nice to know that they're being looked at :D
