    I always make a "Hall of Fame" on the wall outside our classroom with each student's portrait, their name, and work they've completed--especially their writings. Students enjoy reading their classmates' paragraphs and stories.

      You are a great teacher. This is so respectful of the students as people. This is what should be done in the classroom. This is what should be used to evaluate, not grades.
