Plaque reads: Jersey worn by Soviet netminder Vladislav Tretiak during the 1979 World Championship held in Moscow, USSR. Tretiak and his teammates would dominate the tournament winning all eight games to earn their 2nd consecutive world title. Tretiak would be named the IIHF Directorate Award winner as Best Goalie and earn a place on the Tournament All-Star Team.
