      I find interesting that the U.S. Senator from Missouri, Claire McCaskill, got into a bit of controversy for using this image without giving proper attribution to the photoragpher - me. Here's a link with the senator's response. clairecmc.tumblr.com/post/16202413951/pipa

      As with all of my photos on Flickr, I had posted this one with a Creative Commons license, which means anyone may use it for non-commercial purposes. However, the photo is NOT in the public domain and should not have been used without proper attribution. The Senator, as an attorney and former prosecutor, should have known better. She has not yet contacted me personally to apologize for improperly using my intellectual property.
