A few minutes of being important

This was the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement between the UWSA and UW. I am next to David Johnston (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Lloyd_Johnston) and behind us is Catharine Scott (Associate Provost, Human Resources and Student Services), Amit Chakma (VP Academic and Provost), Sue Fraser (UWSA Past-President), and Trevor Grove (UWSA Secretary)

An agreement between UW and the UW Staff Association... it's not a union but an employee owned organization, in some ways like the Federation of Students.
