Bombay Beach was depressing & disconcerting. Patrick found a decapitated housecat's head on the shore, killed within the previous 24 hours (if the still intact fur, teeth & eyeballs are any indication). The whole place exuded a deathlike feeling, so it's no wonder that the Fountain of Youth spa would be right outside the limits of town. Nothing says Fountain of Youth like decaying trailer park near 200 million gallons of highly toxic former resort lake.
