Chimp statue is stuck in right half of machine mold

Ordinarily, chimp statue would remain here, in the middle, when the twin mold halves separated

Excess plastic! Could THIS have been the culprit?!?

The person immediately prior to me had their $2 stolen by the Mold-A-Rama machine when the chimps failed to separate from the mold after the twin halves split apart at the end of the manufacturing process. The machine was labeled Out of Order & I was denied my rightful chimps.
