Milky Way in deep twilight

    A little bit of blue still left in the sky.

    Taken shortly after 8 PM -- the days are getting shorter (and I'm not complaining!)

    I might complain a bit about the airplanes, though... there are at least four airplane trails in this frame. One of my shots had six!

      are you kidding me!!!! how did you do this at 18mm and 240 secs with no movement in the sky??? stacked 10 seconds shots or ??? man i need to learn this you are driving me bonkers this is so awesome

      This isn't a stack. The camera is riding on a motorized equatorial mount--that's why the stars are points and the trees are blurred. :)
