Thanks for all the comments and invites. Someone asked about the dark sky and if it was taken in the evening. Actually it was a very bright mid-day. I think hdr really evened out the lighting. I also darkened the blue tones in photoshop because they were so intense after tonemapping. This helped accent the funky looking cloud as well as the peak.
