Frack Site

Various unnamed chemicals unloading from trucks to be used for hydraulic fracturing. A loophole in the law enacted in 2002 protects the various energy companies from naming the chemicals used in their processes. Workers are not even told what the chemicals are. Some workers hired locally even work in the chemical sludge without the benefit of a hazmat suit. From the J Henry Fair exhibit at the 2011 Earth Day Fair in Grand Central. Location of site in Dimock, Pennsylvania. PLEASE NOTE: This is a photo of a photo by J. Henry Fair and I posted it only to discourage hydraulic fracking. Please do not use without his permission.
