Some chocolates from Chocolatier Blue in Lincoln, NE. Wonderful chocolates!

The Valentine flavors are out. Those in and around Lincoln, NE must give Chocolatier Blue a visit. They ask you if you want any samples and you think, They're going to cut a chocolate into halves or quarters. But, no, they give you the whole chocolate and then you fall in love with their chocolate. I sampled a chocolate with champagne in it...wonderful.

Hours are 11-7 everyday. Located near 70th and Pioneers.

    Aww. But these are such a culinary wonder that I didn't get them to my woman unscathed; I indulged in a piece with grapefruit and rosemary.

    I'm genuinely sad for you all for not being able to taste these. The chocolates are made in Berkeley, CA from the world's best ingredients. How did these end up in Lincoln? Well, the chocolatier is from Lincoln and it's his brother who runs the Lincoln shop. For this I am eternally grateful. It's shocking how expensive the chocolates are if you order them online because half the cost is shipping.
