Looking back

"You lookin' at me? You lookin' at me? You better not be lookin' at me!" :P
Dude. Beano.
Looking back by joyrex.
This picture is taken in theme park de Efteling. We had a company out in this theme park and had a rough evening before that. I had the worst hangover and especially in the morning the only attraction I could join was the 20-minute boat ride in a pond filled with ducks. I took this ride twice, the second time I even slept the whole ride. After that I felt a lot better and on the way to the other attractions we crossed these two fellows. Especially the one in the front was quite aggressive and at a certain point he was even picking towards the camera :-)

This picture is crazy because they look like giant mammoth sized birds (especially in the thumbnail) but it's just because it was taken down at their level.

I love it!

it's a duck with an apparent attitude. it's like it's saying "hey are you talking to me? you must be talking to me because i don't see anyone else." i'm now officially scared of this duck.

i love it.

Growing up we had a variety of ducks at one time and a pair much like this but can't recall the name. I believe they are related with the same type of head. All I know they were the "mean ducks"...LOL. I was chased often and had duck bites in my rear end and back of legs. They did not have any markings but white feathers though....but this is a wonderful photo and hope these ducks are not like the ones I recall that resmembled these. I know I learned how to run fast and in later years must have helped me run my races like 10K's and 10 mile runs.
