Man I find this guy's face interesting. Just so much character it's not even funny.

Thomas is a really nice guy. He's Rasta through and through. So if you love Rastafarians you'll love Thomas. If you don't? Well, he'll probably annoy you very fast. I fall somewhere in the middle. It's not that I don't respect their beliefs and values, it's just that... if I walked around and got super Christian philosophical on every person that asked me anything more than "What time is it?"... well, I think people would get tired of that. I'm not trying to pick on Mr. Anderson here. This is my gripe with Rastas across the island. Bless their hearts.

As for the diptych, I couldn't decide on one of these to upload over the other. I typically wouldn't want to take away from a portrait by placing another right next to it, but in this case, I felt as if there was no other option. I hope you find it to be a good choice.

This cute little french girl was out at Long Bay this weekend hanging out with us Peace Corps Volunteers on Halloween. She was very nice, however, she was... let's just say, she's mastered the art of getting everything for free from guys. It was hilarious. She just walked around from group to group getting free rum, smokes, food, you name it. She was like a French Jedi or something without the lightsaber.

Somedays are Just Good

I have to say, as it stands now, Long Bay is my favorite (public) section of beach on the island. The water is gorgeous teal and green, the weather is almost always perfect, and the place is as quiet as a beach like this could be. I love it.
