[Katrina] No U-Turn

I found this photo to be very symbolic. In some ways, everything has changed for Biloxi Mississippi and a 180 has happened. In other ways, the people who have decided to rebuild are not turning away from the difficult times, but are instead pressing on and making no U-Turn at all.
