This reminds me of the work of the Hudson River School of 19th-century American painters. They were related to the Transcendentalist writers, and both groups had a fondness for light as an embodiment of various ideals. In turn, I've always been fond of them, and this photograph reminds me of some of the Hudson River School paintings. I'd love to see it large, printed and hanging somewhere.
