CPKF Marines - 2008 BA Load Out by Joriel

7th July 2008 Motivational Poster

4th CPKF Marine Company - currently designated "CPKF Marines Zero Division" whilst in the middle of an upgrade. They'll be formally re-integrated into service and mobilised within the first company of the "2nd Division" when upgrade is completed (yes.. there will be dozens...).

The new load out will be Silver BrickArms M41A 'Xeno' Pulse Rifles and BA-M6 Pistols predominantly.

CPKF forces are generally sized as follows:

Fire Team = 2 troopers
Squad = 4 to 6 troopers
Platoon = 5 to 15 minifigs (two Squads)
Company = 30 to 60 troops (up to five Platoons plus support)
Division = 180 troops (up to three Companies plus support/command)

I like the way you positioned the soldiers on this one, it works well with the DOF. What's that thing halfway back on the right side? It's a little distracting.

Hi comatosed. I know the thing is a bit distracting - sorry... kinda intentionally put it there as a teaser - I wish I didn't now though... Thanks for the comment on placement. First time I was specifically comment on DOF for my 'fig pics... I like to take care with the ~~angles~~ frames I capture my 'figs in. My thought was to intentionally put the Out Of Focus Sniper Rifle in the background to "say" to my fellow Lego Army builders - yep - these troopers use these tools too - but I didn't want to be too direct with it.
