This shot is from Belfast Lough the other week. The evening was quite murky for the most part, but as dusk arrived the sky, and sea, turned a really vivid pinky red for about 10 minutes. I stumbled across these old gryones whilst down there, which are only visible when the tide is out. I love the idea that they're there all the time, silently waiting. Exposure time here was about 4 minutes, at iso100 and f/11.
