This last photo is a closeup of the hammered dulcimer we saw and heard throughout Eastern Europe. It was an exhausting, but fascinating trip.
We especially liked Krakow and Prague - definitely need more time in each of those cities as we probably missed more than we saw.

We hope you enjoyed the show.

The usual entree: chicken, beets and potatoes. This plate was accompanied by three different flavors of sliced doughy dumpling things just in case we were getting carb depleted.
The beer, wine and dessert were marvelous. Prague has some of the best beers we've ever tasted.

A typical meal was served. This soup is a creamy, hot spinach soup. Not bad.

The lady on the right holds an instrument whose name escapes us, but it is played both by strumming as well as stamping it on the ground. The couple who danced must have changed their costumes ten times.

All good things must end. We had our farewell dinner at an inn just outside of Prague. We were entertained and invited to dance the polka which is actually of Czech origin.
