      Beware! The ghost of Sir Joe walks these tunnels!

      Should you feel a sudden rush of air, followed by the distant sound of rumbling waters, don't be surprised to see the ghostly figure of a top hat wearing Gent standing in the tunnel before you! That or a great, unstoppable wall of speeding sewage tsunami is heading your way!

      I'll take my chances with Sir Joe, I reckon he and I would have a lot to talk about.
