operation web background with logo - 07012008

this is the same orange from the logo, with one of Seth's textured photos from Africa over top of it set to a multiply transparency mode at 20% opacity. I'm starting to like the more gestural background orange map, which is a little more curvy and not as detailed, but I didn't realize it had gotten so blurry. I like how it appears graffiti'd on near the bottom of it, with a natural distressing level, but it's way to blurry near the top... still working on finding the correct map for the white space as well... I think it needs to be a little more curvy and cartoony too, ... but not too much. More on the way tonight!
