- La sombra proyectada por un edificio más larga del mundo, con una longitud de 2.467 metros, superando a la torre Jin Mao en Shanghai, con una longitud de 1.117 metros.
- Los pisos habitables son 160, de los cuales 49 están destinados a oficinas y 61, a apartamentos
- 58 ascensores que viajan a una velocidad de 10 metros por segundo
- Dentro del Burj Khalifa se encuentra el primer hotel de la marca Armani (en las primeras 39 plantas)
