	jmakihara says: Joi, maybe its because I am "fat and happy", but you don't look very happy in the "after" picture. In the "before" picture, you look confident and satisfied, maybe (dare I say it) even a touch arrogant. In the "after" picture, you look very serious, a bit haunted. Of course, when I saw you in person (the thin person), you looked very happy. So, photos can be deceiving. Maybe I'm just trying to justify my own lack of diet willpower. Posted 19 months ago. 	Joi says: don't know about absolute muscle bulk since a lot of what I thought was muscle was probably fat. ;-) but... my max range in one swimming session increased from 500m to 2.5 km and I am regularly walking 2 hours at a time without breaking major sweat or getting fatigued, which would have been unthinkable in the past... so at least my cardio has gotten much better.
