Welder's work on a bow thruster of a large ship in Esquimalt Graving Dock at Victoria, B.C. The 'dry' dock, owned by the Federal Government of Canada, is the largest solid-bottom graving dock on the west coast of the America's. In October, 2011 the Federal Government awarded an $8 billion dollar ship building contract to B.C.
