      It is worth noting that "Px#" above allows you to map these pins to the "Atmega32u4 Breakout Board" except that there the P is omitted.

      For example, D0 on the breakout board would map to PD0 above.

      yeah.... the names on the 32u4 board are taken directly from the Atmel pin names, there just wasn't enough space to include the "P".

      in Atmel literature the terms "PB4" and "PD6" are always used.
