My home-made venison pie comes out of the oven!

I was SO ridiculously pleased with myself for writing "PIE" on it in pastry. Like, really really stupidly pleased with myself. It was every bit as nice as it looked! YAYS!

    Suz I'm sorry to confuse you and I know it is an ambiguous, possibly even misleading photo, but actually it is not a cake. It is a pie.
